ive been reading about the rice diet and am wondering if it is a safe alternative to other fad diets even though what i find is encouraging i still have my doubts any answers out there?
If results that last are what your looking for, learn how to diet properly. This forum has numerous threads that can help. The "diet thread", "max dietary deficit for fat loss" and "grocery list for healthy eating" just to name a few. Read those before you go falling for a "fad" diet that will only result in you gaining your weight back...plus some. Good luck and welcome to FT!
