I've just snapped out of my twin boys induced stupor. As a dad, I've pretty much given up on life...but now I'm ready to take it all back! I used to be a beach volleyball player, did it for 15 years...got married, then died. Well, the winds of change are blowing and my sail is full...so welcome me aboard on this uncharted cruise to get my body back in shape.

Yep, welcome to FT! By all means, let your sail be full, it's a great feeling. Just be sure you don't use up all your steam straight out of the gate. It's a mistake many make. You start off strong just to dwindle after a few weeks. Take your time and broaden your knowledge of what your doing and you'll be fine. It's nice to have you with us.:)

wow, thanks for the support. today is the start. got my bag, my shorts, my t-shirt, and my gym membership, this membership...hmmmm...quit smoking for 6 months...I think I'm on target with my evil plan to get my abs back! Dirty little word called "marriage" stole my abs. Now, I enter the world of molecular dislocation to begin the massive overdevelopment of several obscure muscle groups. Of course I kid....
Thanks again.
