I was wondering how many calories is in a Frappacino at Starbucks, i've checked there site but it didnt give any nutritional information.

I have also heard that their coffees are high in fat, but I dont know for sure BQ

I worked there before. If I can remember their high in calories but, it really depends on what kind of frap. you get and what size. If you really want to know, when you go ask someone if you can get the nutrition information on the fraps they should give it to you.

If you really want a frap, I would recommend you go to the store and buy one in the drink section. THey have the nutrition facts on the label and they are not too bad nutritionally, besides being high in sugar. I would definitely recommend that you stay away from starbucks "foofy" drinks though and simply get drip coffee if you get coffee at all. Drip coffee has virtually no calories and still gives you that good ol' pick me up.

Carnation and a few others make flavored FAT FREE creamers, they are very good. COFFEE ROCKS!
