Hi all!
I am new to the site. I am starting a 12 week workout tomorrow. NO more excuses!!! NO more putting it off. I am 32 years old, 5ft 2in, and 138 lbs. My goal is 122 before my 33rd birthday....at the end of August. I would love to buddy up with someone or a small group to track progress, encourage each other, etc.
