Hello. I Am 14 And Have Been Working Out Lighty For About Six Months. Now That School Is Out I Have Been Working Out Pretty Hard Monday Through Friday. Mon:Tri And Chest Tues: Bi And Back Wed: Legs Thurs: Tri And Chest Fri: Bi And Back. I Like Working Out So Far But There Is One This That I Hate Doing So Much... Protein Drinks. I Have Designer Whey And Its Suppositly America's #1 Protein. Suprisingly It Says Gold Taste Award On It But It Tastes Awful. Can Anyone Give Me Some Tips On What To Put In It.
