More information is generally needed (are you active, sedentary, bmi, body fat %, level of training, etc) however, to lose 7 pounds in 3 weeks is equivalent to 2.33lbs/week you have to lose. To lose weight, you generally need to carve out 500 calories out of your diet each day for every pound you are trying to lose that week... extrapolating, you basically need to carve out 1200 calories a day to achieve the loss you desire. Take out those bad calories and eat foods with low energy density like broth-based soups, salads (little to no dressing), vegetables and fruit! Again, make sure you are exercising at the same level(assuming that you exercising at all). Just watch your calorie intake and do cardio at least 45 minutes every other day! You should be fine! Greencandlefire is right, do not starve yourself... look at supplements for your vitamin, mineral, and amino acid requirements!
