ummm im 14, and im pretty skinny, ive got no muscles or body fat,lol. can someone recommend give me a workout routine that can at least give me abs, biceps, you know the works. im willing to workout at least 5 days a week possibly 7, i have the time. since im still growin, ppl tell me that its a bad idea to lift weights without consultation, so it wont screw up my body. i dont have access to a gym or trainer, and all i have at home is a set of two 5lb, two 3lb, and two 1lb dumbells. i also have a treadmill, im 110 lbs, and am 5ft and 5 inches. so can anyone give me a workout that wont hurt my growth but still give me muscles?
