need workout routine

ummm im 14, and im pretty skinny, ive got no muscles or body fat,lol. can someone recommend give me a workout routine that can at least give me abs, biceps, you know the works. im willing to workout at least 5 days a week possibly 7, i have the time. since im still growin, ppl tell me that its a bad idea to lift weights without consultation, so it wont screw up my body. i dont have access to a gym or trainer, and all i have at home is a set of two 5lb, two 3lb, and two 1lb dumbells. i also have a treadmill, im 110 lbs, and am 5ft and 5 inches. so can anyone give me a workout that wont hurt my growth but still give me muscles?

You won't be able to do much outside of endurance training with that selection of dumb bells.

You should look around for cheap gyms in the area. Try colleges, YMCAs, and rec centers.
