I just wanted to say i've been having a hard time with my weight latley and i don't make much money so to have a plan just for me for free is great I hope to get in shape and be better off in a few months.:):dumbbell::laugh:
I don't wanna burst your bubble, but 50 pounds by Sept. 18 might be a little high. I would think 25-30, would be a more realistic goal. That will still be a transformation in itself when you consider, not only will you be 25-30 [pounds lighter, but firmer and more toned as well. Didn't mean to contradict what you posted Tim...Just thought with 15 weeks, 25-30 seems more realistic. Anyway...good luck jae_irishrose, and welcome to FT!
