Anyone out there with some tips to help with this is greatly appreciated. I'm eating when i'm not even hungry. To top that, i had gastric bypass 2 yrs ago, and i know i don't want to reverse all my results. Thanks for any support.
That's never an easy question to answer Tracie. Try a search at the bottom of the page using "motivation" as the search criteria and you should get a bunch of hits. Try printing out your Health & Fitness Goals from your profile and taping it to the refrigarator. You can do it but only you can control what you put in your body. :)Welcome to FT by the way.
