hey guys i'm new to this workout thing and i want to get bigger in chest and arm size. i'm a really skinny guy and this training thing is confusing me. i eat alot but i hardly ever gain any weight, so how would i start off my training? high reps or low? light or heavy weight? my goal is to get my chest and arms bigger.. trying to get cut up, not really looking to get huge.. thx in advance and sry for the newbie questions
