I am new to this and i have recieved alot of different opinions as to where to start could someone give me a good idea as to where to find a good plan to bulk up on mass and muscle? I have two 5lb. dumbells and 2 ten lb. dumbells. What would a good diet be to put on mass?:cool:

Impossible to say with this much info. You really need to fill us in a little more about yourself...age, gender, goals, etc. A good place to start would be filling out your profile completely. You'll get more responses as well. Welcome to FT and good luck!
