I am no expert when it comes to post-pregnancy training; but i'll post here to bump this back up to the top in hope that someone else will see this and comment.

You have come to the right place, keep motivated.

Good luck

Welcome to FT. Spend some time reviewing the many post on diet and exercise. Try one of the free programs for wt training offered here. A good rule of thumb is to do cardio 2-3X per week for about 20-40min duration and do resistance training on your non cardio days, 2-3X per week and spend about 30-45min each session. Diet is key, so get rid of the junk food and eat lean protien, complex carbs and healthy fats. If you have specific questions, just ask. there is lots of support here, but it is up to you to implement the solutions.

Good luck!
