My lower back in the tail bone area hurts when bending and doing pushing exercise such as leg presses.It has been about 3 weeks now. It is not a shooting pain but is enough that I have stopped leg presses. Any ideas on what is the cause and how to home treat it? I really dont like to go to the DR.. Thanks
You might want to consider stopping the leg presses and switching to squats. You'll get better results and not put strain on places that weren't meant to be strained. :)
