I was thinking about starting an online weight loss journal to track my progress. I would include daily meals and excercise, as well as weight updates. Does anyone have one of these or be interested in starting one? I think it would be a great way to keep motivated.
Simply spend a buck fifty at Wal Mart or if you are a hater of them the store of your choice. You are welcome to do one on here...others could critique it for you also.
