I have been curently using a four day cycle of exercises through out Mon through Fri. I split it up as follows:
Day 1- Chest + Shoulders
Day 2- Back + Calves
Day 3- Biceps + Tris
Day 4- Quads + Hamstrings
Then i would cycle back around on Friday. Should i be doing this or should i just include Friday with my rest days. I fit my abs in Mon. Wen. and Fri. and then forearms in on Tuesday and Thursday. I used to be doing three day cycles with more muscle groups in each day. What should I do???? Also what is better doing it this way or doing Upper/lower splits???
There are workout plans on this site that are proven - have you checked those out? Gatormade had a post in the power lifting forum earlier today that sums it up fairly well. Don't overthink it. There are a lot of things I personally don't like about your workout but I'm not the one doing it. :)
