>www.wheyoflife.org< is great site containing tons of information about protein. It explains all types of protein and even has a chart comparing all the major brands of protein supplements. If ya don't know, now ya know...

Thanks skinnyguy. If any of you didn't catch one of Philia's posts about a great breakfast shake/ weight gainer, here it is: I have modified it, but it contains 5-7 egg whites, banana, 1/2 - 1 cup of oats, and skim milk. I use 7 egg whites, cinnamon, honey, 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 cups of skim milk, 2 tablespoons of flakseed oil, and one scoop of protein powder (was using soy- now switching to something more readily absorbable). ********THIS SHAKE ROCKS!!**** I can pour it in a cup and finish it in 10-15 minutes on the way to work. I haven't calculated to calories, protein, carb, fat ration yet. But thank you Philia!

Hmmmmm wait a min ischjli, you eat those eggs raw?!!!!
Three reasons why not to do that: 1) it can be dangerous 2) your body doens't well absorb raw eggs comparing to cooked ones and 3) it's yuckie yuck!!
I would take another spoon of your whey and eat the egg whites cooked with the oats.
Oh and I love cinnamon. Great stuff. If you are on a diet then skip the honey and put some vanilla powder in your shake instead (no calories).
Bon appetit!

OH NOOOOOOOO. I tried raw eggs after watching Rocky, never again. I DO love Sushi though!
No, I cook it all. Then one by one, add it to a blender. I am trying to add mass, so I add everything I can to this shake. I just add more milk to reach the desired consistency. It tastes so good though. However, it must be warm/hot. Cold=no good.
