I workout 5 times a week, I do a different muscles everyday, and my workouts take between 1 and 1.5 hours. I read the magazine FLEX so I follow the routines in it. Over a one year period I added about 35 pounds of muscle. The only thing is that my arms dont seen to be growing as much as my other muscles are growing. Can somebody please give me an arm routine that works???

I don't mean to turn you away at all, but you're not going to get as much help in this forum. I will tell you this, however, if you've been tryin to do bicep curls and tri extensions all the time, try doin some weighted chin ups and dips, and your arms WILL grow.

Flex=toilet paper quality ...

I would do heavy chin ups/pull ups and partials for the top 1/3....do sternup chin ups/pull ups and restrict ROM to top 1/3....will do wonders in the 3-8 range.....

Dips, Close Grip Bench, /\ pushdowns on pulldown station, rack lockouts, etc are great tricep exercises....

I havent done curls in a while and my arms actually got stronger last time I did a set of curls....

35lb in one year gain is very impressive though very difficult on the body....

You may want to also increase intensity of your workouts and cut down the frequency....3 days a week instead of 5....be more effecient...

what does your training look like?

I think your way off here menace...

Ever since Flex started using that mid-quality photo paper its hardely been suitable for wiping my ass with.

If I had to guess, I would say this was the original posters first year of training. In which case, I would say dragging bricks would have built muscle.

I find it great for dog bathroom training. Just lay out all the advertisements (about half the mag) and the dog can't go wrong.

An excellent suggestion martha. It's also great for all those nifty paper machete projects.

devinm, Barbell curls for 5 sets of five, the deadlift will be a good choice,stick to the basics and do Barbell curls and preacher curls and Dumbbell curls,the bicep is a small muscle if your looking to add mass to your arms,do a lot of tricep work the tricep is two thirds of your arm,you have to have muscle on your arm before you can shape it,if your a bodybuilder good luck.

ha ha. I love it.

And as you can see Aaron, your average powerlifter can do much more than squat and pull. We're also great with arts and crafts.
