I'm a 21 yr old female trying to lose weigt/get in shape. Any suggestions for diets or what worked well for you? I have a lot of trouble staying with something mainly because I don't have a lot of time to prepare meals and end up eathing junk or take out...but I want to change this

There is no easy answer other than you know what the right choices are.... You just have to make them. One of the best things is to not have junk around and even if you have to resort to take out, there are healthy choices. Check out the thumb tack posts in this forum as there is some good information.
