I'm having alot of trouble reaching the calorie intake that my FT program is telling me to get to daily. I know I can eat enough to get there, but at the same time the fat number just goes skyrocket. I'm only supposed to have 29g of fat but about 2300 calories per day. The other day I got in perfect range of the fat intake but only had 1200 calories or so....
What can I eat to boost this up without adding the fat?
BESIDES: Tuna and Peanuts please! I searched and it seems like people on here live entirely off of tuna fish and peanuts. There has got to be other things right?

low fat cotttage cheese, lean beef and pork, skim milk, low fat yogurt, low fat/no fat cheese, shrimp. there is a list called "grocery list for healthy eating" which is thumbtacked at the top of this forum. You can't go wrong with foods from this list.
-------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

try to eat WHOLEWHEAT pasta and rice however, better for you and your body assimilates it easier.
