I didn't get much of a response the first time I posted. Could someone please post some of their meal plans? I know that a lot of fitness trainers use or recommend specific meal plans that are very detailed and include 5 or 6 mini meals a day. If anybody knows of any or where I could find some, Please reply, Thanks

Sorry, I am going to go through my first cutting phase in three weeks. The only diet I follow is different items from the nutritional charts.

One more question, what is your daily caloric intake (either as suggested by ft or your "target" number)?

Protein 282 g Carbohydrates 470 g Fats - 104 g Total Calories - 3760 This is what ft recommended. Seems kinda high. I'm not good at counting calories. Just looking for an easy to follow meal plan. Thanks
