ok firstly i heard from my friend that if u work out your legs and arms it'll actually make your arms get bigger quicker. He says that when u work out your legs u get increased amounts of Testosterone, and this will help your arms get bigger quicker.
1) Is this tru
2) If this is tru, how should i place a legs work out into my routine.. should i like do it the day before i workout my arms or the day after.....or the same day.

It is true. Where you put it will not effect your arm work out at all. Doing legs will not grow your arms by itself. It will release more testosterone. BUT you still need the #1 key in building muscle, diet. If you are not eating right lifting all the weights in the world will do nothing. I used to follow a Chest/tricep Back/bicep Leg shoulder routine. It worked well for me for years. I truly feel that squats, bent rows, deadlifts as well as your curls grew my arms to where they are today. Hope this helps.

so no matter where i put my legs workout doesn matter??? i was gonna try and put it a day before i work out my arms ect....And wat exactly do u mean by proper diet???? I dont eat junk food at all...and i try and get 100+ g protein on days i workout...Basically i need to kno if the release of more testosturone affect only that day of workout or does the testosurone stay in your system for the week ect...I just want the increase amount of re;eased testosturone to affect my arms workout

Ok it is NOT going to affect your arm workout! IT will cause over all body growth to a point. that is all no magic pill or something along that line. It will still take a complete routine, and the one you posted is crap to say the least. 100grams a day is low in my opinion most women get at least that much. try for 1-1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight.

well its more along the lines of 130-140g i am 155lbs... isnt it 1-1.5g for each KG of bodyweight..... O and im still a little confused as to the benifits of increased testosturone threw leg weight lifting. Can someoen explain it to me plz

If memory serves me right, this is more or less how it works.

When you work your legs, the largest group in the body, it makes your body release more hormones to help repair the larger mass, thus you get the benefit throughout the body as the hormone levels are now higher.

Many threads about this subject I seem to recall reading on the boards here, try a search.
