It is really discouraging when you lose weight and assume that everything will just fall into place. I really just want to find something that really will work....
A lot of people have problemas because they set short term goals and the long term ones escape them. Look at it as a lifetime committment and you're halfway there. It takes some people a few months and others several years and a few times off the wagon but if you stick with it you'll not only be healthier but you'll be happier. Your two kids will benefit in the long run also.
Well by dieting and dieting yes, everything falls. You have to have a lifestyle that includes healthy eating and exercise
Then, nothing will fall, and you will have nice lean tissue.
