I know it sounds unthinkable for someone so passionate about my workouts, but I need it. Not just for physical purposes (hip, knee, achilles tendonitis really bothering me, overtraining), but also for psycological recovery. I am a Christian, and I have been putting this among other things before my relationship with God, and I've lost focus of what's really important to me. Anyone who's a Christian knows what I'm talkin about. Anyways, I'm leaving for a Mission Trip on Saturday to Mississippi to go help out some needy kids down there and share my faith with others, and while I might do some lifting, running, or bodyweight stuff here and there, I'll probably be out of the powerlifting/bball/strength routine for a couple to a few weeks. I will still come on here and post though, and my reading will continue. Just need to rejuvinate.
-------------- I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is the moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle-victorious.
