i have searched but cannot find the exact info that I need
on 94% fat free popcorn

- what are the exact nutritinal figures for a cup of popped 94% popcorn? I have seen as little as 20 cal and as high as 130 cal. i need cal - fat, carb, and protein

- if you can fit the calorie amt into your daily requirements, is the popcorn bad as a snack or ok

Here's what I found for the Light brand (couldn't find the 94% fat free)

Act II Light Buttered Popcorn:

Nutrition Facts
Serving Size: 5 cups

Amount per Serving

Calories 25 Calories from Fat 10

% Daily Value *
Total Fat 1g 2%
Saturated Fat 0g 0%
Cholesterol 0mg 0%
Sodium 60mg 3%
Total Carbohydrate 5g 2%
Dietary Fiber 1g 4%
Sugars 0g
Protein 1g 2%

Est. Percent of Calories from:
Fat 36.0% Carbs 80.0%
Protein 16.0%

I would guess that the fat free is likely 0.5g of fat and the rest of the numbers are likely the same as above.
