I changed over to a tone program, and changed my nutritional stuff too. However the carbs in my program stayed the same? Is this right? I would think low carbs, cals, and fat would be in order. Just keep the protein high?

What was it before and what is it now? You should actually notice a drop in fat and in cals. Carbs and protein could remain the same.

Cains,,,can you go into details please? I would just like to know how you not cut carbs and lose body fat?
