I am trying to put in my info for my ab program on the worksheet. I was told by another member to just put in 0 in the weight since you dont use weights. If you do this, it doesnt even log the information. I had to put 1 lb in on the chart to get it to register. I don't see the point really though because there wont ever be progress since I did the target reps in all of the exercises. Does anyone else have this problem?

If you can do all the target reps, add some weight to the ab work.
