Thanks for the support by the way. I have been diagnosed with a rotator cuff injury by my doctor; not severe as the x-rays have shown no sign of bone damage, but the doc told me to NOT LIFT anything that involves my shoulder for at least six weeks.
To get to the point, is there anything I can do in the meantime to maintain the muscle I have during that time period? I tried to search fit buddy, but didn't find anything.
Your help is greatly appreciated!

yes.... FISH OIL...take 3-5g morning and 3-5g night every day....
