hello everybody!
I am new here so i thought i should introduce myself well i am sam 250 and 6"0 yah i am a little bulky but i am trying to make myself lean and i guess thats why i am here!
Anyways i just wanted to ask that can someone recommend me a faster routine in losing weight ( i have a slow metabolism and i am not a stranger in the gym i do train from time to time) i looked up the fitness plan and i am gonna follow it throughly but i was just wondering if someone has any suggestions to add to my workout to shed some pounds!
