I have been using fitday.com to enter my daily meals, I am getting too much fat and not enough protein  I have looked into protein supplements, consulted my doctor and all that good stuff.....doc says no to the supplements due to the fact that it might have a counter action with some of the meds I am taking. He did not have any other suggestions for me. Can anyone help me?

I have no set intake, it varies....I am new to all this diet stuff and I do not think it likes me too much. I am giving weight watchers a test drive. But for example so far today I have 50g of protein and 26g of fat. I do not know what to do!! And I really haven't eaten much...and I am STARVING!!

I love chicken and fish, the only problem is I am the only one in my house that eats it. I cook 6 meals a day, 3 for hubby and I and 3 for our son (picky eater  !!) I guess I will have to bump that up to 9 meals a day, 3 for me, 3 for hubby and 3 for the runt!
