Hi everyone just did my first set of workouts and I think my arms are going to fall off. I am so out of shape and I am hoping this will help me get in shape. I have lost 20 lbs in the last 3 months but am at a stand still. I had trouble getting through all the routines and a couple of them I could not do. Please help keep me motivated with all the encouragement anyone can give me. Thanks Eileen
Hi everyone! I have had trouble losing weight that I have lost before but have gained back. Now I'm having trouble losing again. It is probably because I went about losing the weight the wrong way the first time. Please give any tips if possible and a huge amount of encouragement. I currently weigh 155 pounds. I am trying to drop down between 120 and 130 pounds.
