Hi there,

So here's my brief story.

I'm 24 and have weight between 145 and 155 for as long as I can remember. The most I've ever weighed was 160 for about a day or two.

I've been working out, on and off, since I was about 16 and my body has the ability to tone the muscles quite well, but I can never gain weight. I've gone on diets consuming 3000 - 3500 calories or so, and ended up losing 5 lbs!

So I'm on here, and it's a fantastic site by the way, to see if this will change. I have a routine that I'll be following come Monday so I'm hoping for the best. I'd like to try some new suppliments, as I've only ever used Creatine before and protein ofcourse.

I guess the biggest challenge for me is that I'm vegetarian, so I'll be trying to eat a lot, consume a lot of calories all without eating meat! Wish me luck :)

Ok tenfly...you are a little thin!My husband is not nearly as tall as you but he has trouble putting on weight as well.I know when he wants to gain he stays away from cardio for the most part lifts heavy and EATS alot!!!He will eat 4 meals a day until he is beyond being able to move stuffed.Good food though...no junk. You could go to the diet and nutrition forum and look through the healthy foods stickies. You also may have to post your question in another forum, sometimes people forget to look in this forum. One of the moderators,bb1fit,has fabulous nutritional advice and I see his name pop up in the diet and nutrition forum all the time.OK...all done babbeling..good luck.
