What is the nutritional breakdown of 1oz of cooked boneless chicken breast with nothing added in cooking?
I need the calories, fat, and protein
I have looked on several websites and get anywhere from 5g of protein to 9g of protein. I have been using the 9g figure in my info but recently thought it may be high
Again this is COOKED BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST not raw
Thanks, you chicken lovers

7g? Could depend on whether it's Skinless as well. fitday.com shows 8g...sounds good to me.

Go with 7g. Don't over complicate it. Unless you're eating 10 lbs a day the difference of a gram is negligible anyways. Regardless the idea behind counting calories is the same as measuring bodyfat. Find a way to measure it that works for you and stick with it.
