Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
I'm not sure if I'm understanding your question butt.... :) If you've already selected a fitness plan all you have to do is click on "Your Exercise Program" and that will take you to your workout. The next page will be the individual workouts. If you aren't seeing that page it may be that it just hasn't started yet. I don't know about now but they used to always start on Mondays.
