Hey guys, im almost done with a 12 week westside program. So far i have made some good gains but i feel that i might be overtraining a bit. anyways, my question is, after i finnish the 12 week program should i take a break ( 1-2 weeks) and start on another westside program? or just keep lifting and working on my weak areas

12 week westside program? Which "program" are you talking about?

And if you feel your overtraining, at the least, take a deload week or a week off.

weak off when feeling overtrained is a good idea...

training your weak areas should be part of your training whether you're doing westside or not....should be part of your assistance work...

Week of is a great idea at this point. 12 straight weeks sounds pretty taxing. Give your CNS a break. It won't hurt you.
