I do a bench press of 80 kgs

want to know if this is a considerable weight or not

for a 5 year old midget? 10 yr old girl? 70 year old man at 100lb? 500lb 30 man ?

i am not sure if u can be anymore vague with your question...

generally if u can bench your bodyweight then u're pretty strong for an average guy...

I am 25

height 5.8
weight 80kgs
biseps 16inches

and how much do you bench

what's your body fat like?

like I said...you're benching your bodyweight which is pretty good...for an average guy who works out you're pretty strong...

are you benching to get bigger or stronger? because the two goals are quite different.....I train primarily for strength...although I got bigger as well...

what I bench is pretty irrelevant in this discussion...

I'm just going to start answering all these questions by posting Mendy's bench.

In case you haven't noticed, I'm not exactly concerned with being everyone's favorite.

I'd say mendy is putting up a considerable amount. He's benching around 330kgs.
Thats what he asked for, isn't it?

I apologize, I was in a different mood yesterday. Bisleri, "Mendy" is Scott Mendelson- he holds the world record for bench press- like 715 lbs raw and 1000 lbs with gear I think.

What is the difference between raw and gear. If I have not mistaken then gear means may be at his best

raw=only belt+chalk
gear=powerlifting shirt which can add over 300lb to one's bench, wrist support, belt, ....
