i have recently stopped doing barbell curls due to pain in my forearms, i can still do db curls but after the workout my forearms have a bad pain like a cramp feeling.
and lately my forearms will hurt doing any exercise with a fair amount of weight such as lifting up a bucket of water.
the thing that confuses me the most is that the bones in my forearms hurt when i poke them, i cannot rest the back of my forearms on my thighs as the bone will hurt.
is rest just needed or is it sumthing serious like the guy from another topic?
