Hello. I run 5 miles, 3 times a week, usually 3 of them using HIIT and the other two jogging. I lift weights 5 days a week, two muscle groups daily. I watch what I eat (Okay, I cheat about once a week with something bad, usually on the weekends) eatting Life cereal for breakfast, zone bar for snack, Muscle Milk protien powder after my workout and two small fat free yogurts for lunch, small chicken breast for snack, some type of low fat dinner (depending what the wife has cooked but usually something healthy), and maybe another Zone bar for snack.
Now that you know my life story, I was wondering if there was something that a guy my age should take to get rid of that stubborn layer of fat on my lower stomach? I appreciate any help that you can give. The advertisements for Hydroxycut and the others look SO GOOD! But I don't want to waist (Get it) my money. :)

You are taking the right thing. Keep at it, lower bodyfat for a man is incredibly resistant. If you keep your diet below maintenance, it will come off.

If you are very lean other than the lower bodyfat, like have a 4 pack showing, and you are keeping your diet sound for your purpose, at this point it may have some benefit. I would try a green tea stack with cider vinegar. Very cheap, works just as well. And you know what it is.
