I have heard people sat that they have increased arms size by doing heavy deaflift and squat.

I can understand deadlift but how can doing squats increse the bisep size.

It doesn't directly work your biceps, obviously. Doing heavy deads and squats will, with the proper nutrition, cause your body to produce more testosterone. This anabolic environment will encourage more growth throughout the body.

What difference does barbell curl and dumbell curl does in arms development.

squats still work biceps...through isometric stimulation....

additionally squats help your body increase body's natural testosterone production which in turn helps build other muscles

it means just holding the weight in place or fighting an immovable object in a certain position, joint angles, etc..usually heavier than u can for concentric or eccentric portions of the lift(up and down)...

big exercises ....deadlifts, HEAVY chin ups, Good Mornings,etc
