I have quite okay physique
I work regularly however most of the times I skip abs training after my workout although this is my concern area on my body.
How do I keep myself motivated to do abs and cardio workout after my regular exercise.

You make your self do it. IF you understand the importance of trunk training and you won't do it then you are lazy.
