DO what I did wrong and went in the opposite direction. Eat alot of junk foods and steak. That'll make you gain weight.

Welcome to FT! Junk food is just gonna make you fat not big and strong. Eat a healthy diet high in protein, healthy carbs, and healthy fats. Check out the grocery list for healthy eating in the nutrition forum. You may also want to start a good weightlifting routine. There are some great once on this site to get you started. Good Luck!

Don't feel bad. When I was 19 I wieghed over 340. I was a lineman on the football team, and looked the part for pro. After I wanted to join the military, so I needed to lose that wieght. The honest to God best thing for me was riding a bike. Not a stationary one, but a bicycle all over town. I road that thing stopping only to get the free waters at wendys or bk for 12 to 17 miles a day. When I was done, I wieghed 225 and was enlisted into the US Army. I then maintained at 200 and found the best way to stay in shape was dancing. Basicly cardio, but that is what I went with. Stay motivated, and if you feel down and out at any time, feel free to have a chat with us.
