Hello everyone, I am 21 and I just graduated from college. I have been working out since September of 2005. I started out working out twice a week and now I work out about 4 times a week.

I filled out my fitness plan goals and started to look at my routine. It is going to be difficult and a little uncomfortalbe for me to completely change my routine. How do I know that the plan that has been created for me is exactaly what I want.
For instance I put that I wanted the 12 week chest program, but the first week it only has one day of chest and only 3 exercises. I am currently working out my chest 2 days a week with about 4 exercises each day.
Should I just completely forget about my routine and just trust the one given here?
Also is there any cardio plans, or is that just something that you do on your own.

Basically I am new here and sceptical of "starting over". I am just looking for a little bit of reassurance that I would be doing the right thing to completely forget about my current plan and start following a new one.

Also what do you guys think about Muscle Milk. I am currently taking cell-tech and nitro-tech, but I want to try something new. Thank you.

Feel free to modify your plan to your needs. These are not an exact science...just do it is the key.
