I have recenly started intake of chicken liver 250grams per day as i heard it has high protein content and is very good for muscularity.

Does anybody have any idea about this. how much will this help. how much protein contents are present in this.

61 gr. protein, 418 calories.....16 gr. fat.

Thanks swrarm . I read this late.

By now I have stopped the the intake of chicken liver as I have a change in my work shift and also at this stage these things are a little heavy on my wallet.
