Eat lots of whole foods high in protein...fish, chicken, turkey, steak!! etc etc. eat well and eat often, i eat six smaller meals a day and no carbs after seven. works for me.

250g Grilled Turkey
1 250g Tub FF Cottage Cheese.
1 Cup Spinach.
100g Wholewheat Pasta.

That being one of my meals as an example.

it's not just about the protein intake....which should be 1 to 1.5g per lb....it's also about TOTAL CALORIES....which should be about 18-20+ calories per lb if u're trying to add weight
