You mentioned at maitenance level 100 grams carbs at day at least. Does that include fiber in the 100. Also caloric intake at the maitenance level for a moderately active female is 14-15 times body weight appropriate? Thank you!!!
That is an "average" intake for maintenance...but each individual is actually just that. You will need to "find" your maintenance level.
100 gr. of carbs going back to maintenance should be from other sources, like brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc. But if you have been very low carb for a while, come up slowly to this level.
