Hi:laugh:
Yeah well i'm a 17 year old kid. I live in Hawaii. And i'm 240 LB's 5'9'' but I look less? I guess.
I've been wanting to work out lately ~~ so I made a 12 week plan for myself at a "beginners" level.
I'm thinking by Senior Prom I want to be atleast around 180-190 LB's. Is it possible with a 12 week plan? (Of course i'll just re-start it after it's done).
:] And i'm trying to gain muscle mass at the same time.
Or should I step it up to the "Novice" level. Instead of "Beginner".
Any reccomendations?

Welcome and good luck with your program. Stick with the novice level. Even an experienced person who is coming off of a long break has to start off again as a novive. Be patient and train smart.

Still trying to find out how to do the Hollywood Free Press.

Kudos to you for planning ahead. Most people are "omg I need to lose 50 pounds in 2 weeks so I can fit in my swimsuit."
I don't know about 50-60 pounds, but you can definitely make a big difference in 12 weeks. Remember that weight training is 70% diet, and you need to eat the right number of calories with the right amount of protein, etc to see any results.
This thread explains it fairly well.
