no...u dont need to...u can vary the dosage tho according to ur needs...5g after tough workouts....2-3g otherwise...during maintenance phase....

Well as menace correctly states, you don't have to. However, I do believe there is a point of diminishing returns to anything you do....therefore cycling may in some cases be advantageous...I love for instance the effect of weights going up again(and it is usually a bit more than the peak of the last creatine cycle, due to you will drop some strength but not all, so when you re cycle creatine you should be stronger than the last time.)

Also would depend on your goals....ron(bb1) bodybuilds...so byhim doing that and loading it...he can achive more water in the muscle. Therefore making his muscles bigger......

Also some can't take alot, some can get stomach aches, etc. I take about 10grams on workout days.

That makes no sense BA.

There is no loading anymore of creatines, everyone uses CEE these days....there however is still a point of diminishing returns....even with steroids, this is true.
