Hey everyone..I am amber. I am 23 and live i Michigan. I just graduated in December from Nursing school with duhh my degree in nursing :). I dont consider myself "fat" but I have put on a few extra pounds during college and a few months after while waiting to take my boards. I am desperatley trying to get back into an exercise routine and back to eating "normal". Its hard to try to get a set schedule because the hours I work at the hospital vary and are all over the place. I often lack motivation as well. Seems as though for awhile I entered the forbiden..."comfort zone". So thats me in a nut shell. Tryin to get motivated ...tryin to eat healthy and exercise more. I dont want to be super skinney cuz well girls need little meat on their bones. I'm not tryin to be model thin I want to lose eh like 15-20lbs and tone up. And...I am doing this for myself.:love:
Good luck with everything, your goals and situation are very similar to mine. I'm almost 20, and put on weight in college (I'm still in school though). Now I want to drop it, and work at getting a regular workout.
I'm wanting to lose 20-30 lbs and doing this totally for myself as well! You sound like a cool girl, wish you the best of luck!
