i have been taking chromium picolinate for about 2/3 years. I take way more than I should - 1 every time I eat as opposed to 1 per day. I'm terrified of giving them up cos Ive convinced myself I wil get fat without them. but my legs are getting too muscley even though im not exercising which im sure is a result of this and I dont like it - they are too out of propotion. I cant stop taking the tablets but i dont want to look like this either. help me!

Chromium simply helps regulate blood sugars/more precisely helps blood sugars be more efficient. Does not keep you from getting fat.
