So, I'm trying to loose weight, or at least a little stomach fat. But finding that I have no self control. Finally, started using work out videos which have been working, but now my eating habits. I dont like fish, or really anything. I am quite a picky eater, and dont have much time in the day for cooking anything decent. any suggestions?

Just like coffee, tea, beer, sushi caviar and a lot of other stuff we put ingest some healthy foods are an acquired taste. Without self control and motivation you will quickly fail, even with your workout videos. You can begin to like some of those foods if you motivate yourself to change your eating lifestyle. Try some of the recipies on this site, you may be surprised.

hey soo i need to lose a bit of weight on my thighs and i want my stomache toned up!however i cant find myself getting round to it and fatty foods are really tempting any ideas to help me??:)

Excercise and eat better. I have heard it said that diet without excercise is futile. So in respect I also beleive that excersise without diet is also futile.
